Shipping Policy

 

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We use Canada Post as our shipping service. The tracking number is provided when the package is shipped.

Local pickups are available. Please choose the "Local Pickup" option under shipping at checkout. The address will be emailed to you once your order has been submitted. Pickup is only available in Kleinburg, ON.

Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 - 5 business days. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@soypurpose.com and mail or drop off your item to Soy Purpose Candles: P.O. Box 711, Kleinburg, ON, L0J 1C0.
